Exercise is Medicine
Exercise is Medicine (EIM) is a nonprofit initiative launched by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Medical Association (AMA). The initiative calls for physical activity and exercise to be standard parts of disease prevention and medical treatment.
Our instructors and personal trainers have designed our EIM program to help people get back into a physical activity routine. We offer 3 classes: flexibility, core strengthening, and cardio resistance. Each class is tailored to the participants level. Classes are ongoing everyone is welcome!

Cardio Kickboxing
Are you bored with your aerobics class and looking for a intense workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat? Then cardio-kickboxing may be for you! It is a cardiovascular workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics into a 60-minute exercise routine.
Most aerobic kickboxing classes begin with light stretches and a cardio warm up. Typical routines include a series of repetitive punches, hands strikes, kicks and other self-defense moves, arranged to music. Even though one is thrusting through the air rather than working against resistance it qualifies as a total body workout because it use several muscle groups and is intensely aerobic. Classes end with a cool down period.
