Arthritis Foundation Exercise Classes

    With Arthritis Foundation programs, you can strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and boost your mood and               self-confidence. Taught by nationally certified instructors, the Arthritis Foundation’s Fitness Programs empowers     people with arthritis through exercise and self-help programs that are proven to increase mobility, reduce pain and         stiffness, and physician visits.

     Arthritis Foundation Exercise Classes

     The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is an exercise program designed specifically for people with arthritis that      uses gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion and to help maintain muscle strength.

     Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Classes- COMING SOON!

     Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program® is designed to improve the quality of life for people with arthritis using Sun        style Tai Chi, one of the four major recognized styles of Tai Chi. This style includes agile steps and exercises that          may improve mobility, breathing and relaxation.
